The confirmation of your complaint will be send in writing within 5 working days. You will receive a response to your complaint within 4 weeks. If we are unable to respond within four weeks, we will inform you about it.

Would you like to report your complaint directly to the inspectorate?

If you would like your complaint to be assessed by the inspectorate, you can submit your complaint to the Direction Départementale de Protection des Populations.
